Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
Certain pieces — including colourways ahead of general availability — are offered as pre-orders. This policy sets out how these orders are handled and how to cancel one.


Pre-Orders
A pre-order secures your piece ahead of arrival. Payment is taken in full at checkout, and your order is held until the piece is ready to leave our warehouse.


Cancellations
A pre-order can be cancelled any time before it has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the order can no longer be cancelled — from that point, our returns policy applies, and a refund can be arranged in line with those terms.


How to Cancel an Order
To begin your order cancellation request, email hello@tanssu.com with "Order Cancellation Request" in the subject line, and include:
