Once your piece is dispatched, we'll send tracking details by email, via Australia Post.

A signature is required on delivery.

If no one's available to sign, Australia Post will take it to your nearest post office to hold for collection, and you'll be notified. You'll need photo ID to collect it — collection windows are generally around 10 business days, so it's worth acting on the notification when it arrives.

Cabin luggage is covered by a lifetime warranty.

Tote bags are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Warranty protects against manufacturing defects and begins from the date of purchase. Coverage begins automatically — there's no registration required. Proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt) is all we need should you ever raise a claim.

This includes defects in wheels, handles, straps, and the shell or hardware itself — any fault that traces back to how the piece was made. It doesn't extend to damage from mishandling in transit or the wear that comes with regular use — the full detail on what sits outside cover is below.

Once your piece reaches us, we'll inspect it to confirm the fault falls under warranty, then repair it or, at our discretion, replace it within Australia. Getting your piece to our repair centre is at your cost; from there, it's ours.

The warranty covers how a piece is made during manufacturing, not what happens to it in the world.

It does not cover:

• Damage sustained in transit at the hands of an airline or carrier — dents, scratches, cracked shells, sheared wheels, bent handles, and the like.

• The scuffs and marks that come with regular use — a well-travelled piece will show it's been travelled with.

• Damage from neglect, accidents, or use the piece wasn't designed for.

• Exposure to extreme weather, heat, or cold.

• Contact with water, chemicals, solvents, acids, or beauty products.

• Items carried inside a piece — cameras, electronics, bottles, and other contents are not covered.

• Damage caused deliberately.

• One piece of a colour-matched set where only that piece is at fault — cover applies to the piece itself, not the set.

• A piece bought second-hand, or from anywhere other than Tanssu directly, without an original proof of purchase.

• A piece sold, listed, or described as used, preconditioned, returned, or otherwise not new at the point of sale.

• Combination lock trouble caused by an incorrect code, misuse, or a lock that's been forced open

Once a piece is checked in, it's in the airline's hands, and so is the responsibility for its condition when it's handed back. If it arrives changed — a cracked shell, a dented corner, a wheel that's come loose — that claim sits with the carrier, not with us.

Report it at the airline's baggage desk before you leave the airport, if you're able to. Photograph the damage on the spot, and hold on to your boarding pass and baggage tag — airlines will generally ask for both when assessing a claim.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to decide. If it's not right, we'll take it back — free of charge.

Returned pieces should be unused with no signs of wear. They need to be returned in their original packaging, cabin luggage with the dust bag and any tags still attached.

To start a return, email hello@tanssu.com with "Return" in the subject line, and include:

• Your full name.

• Which piece(s) you're returning.
  
  
• A photo of the wheels showing that they have not been used.
  
  
• Additional photos showing its condition to prove that it is new and unused (in the original packaging).
  
  

Once we've confirmed your return, we'll send a shipping label by email with a QR code attached — no printer required.

Take your piece, in its original packaging, to a participating Australia Post office (find your nearest one via Australia Post's at Post locator). Show the QR code on your phone at the counter, and staff will print your label, attach it, and lodge the return for you, free of charge. The QR code is valid for four days from when it's sent, so it's worth dropping your piece off sooner rather than later.

We'll inspect your piece once it's back with us to check for any use or wear marks. If it passes the inspection we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of it arriving.

We are unable to process returns & refunds if the conditions of return have not been met. We will send the product to the original delivery address at the customer's expense.

Prefer a different colour-way? Return your original piece (meeting condition requirements) and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.
